A nice place to visit 🌄

Hello! Today I want to talk about my favourite places to visit:

First, today I want to start with a city that I found very interesting, it's in the North part of Chile (IV Region);  I'm talking about La Serena, if someday you have the possibility to go there, I'll recommend you to visit the lighthouse at the beach, many tourists go there but my favourite place is ''La recova'' (at the center of the city) You can find there a lot of handmade stuff relatd with the culture of the city, there are also museums and parks, so probably you won't get bored if you go there. 

Another place that I recommend to go is the smalltown ''Vicuña'' (it's very close to La Serena), I really enjoy go there because it's quiet, people there are very kind, the weather it's fantasting and the best part is at night; cause the Sky is full of stars, there is any noise, the expierence is fantastic if you want to Relax.

Last time I went there to visit my Grandparents with my sister, 

We stayed there for 3 days and We had such a nice time there! 

My Favourite subjects🎨

Today I was thinking about School, I remember that my favourite subjects were History and Arts, in fact, I didn't like at all Biology and Physics, I was more into History 

One of the reasons about why I really enjoyed,  it's because I had a very good teacher, he was very into Chilean history so we learn a lot. We used to see a lot of documentals, interviews, etc. I also like to read documents related with Chilean and Universal history.

 I found that it's very important for us to know about the origins of our Country.

Another subject that was one of my favourites was Art! Sadly I stop to have art lessons during my last school year. But still, I really enjoyed my art lessons.

My teacher was an artist and he enjoy teaching us

(Personally I think that it's an important fact that Teachers have to enjoy to teach their students, otherwise the classes can be very bored) We used to do lot of paintings, sculptures, draws, and other things were you have to use your creativity!

In my opinion, teachers have a lot of influence realted with sudent's future, don't you think so?

An old Friend👀

Hello! Today I want to talk about one of my best friends, an old friend. The name of her is María Jesús but I always call her ''Maju''. We became friends since I was like 5 years, too young I think.

I remember that we met for the first time at School, I used to go to her house almost every weekend, we used to play videogames and also with her dogs (Her dogs are so lovely and always remember them)

By the time we were still Friends and also classmates, but one year she had to repeat one school year because  She didn't had good enough grades to approve the year, so we stop to see each other so often as before. We are still friends and we usually met when we have some free time! (It's not so frequent as before but every time we met we have a good time together; We both like going to parties, travel, going around different places, etc.)

Now we lead different lives , I'm studying Architecture and She is studying Literature because she wants to write books in the future and probably  work in an publishing house (I found it as a very interesting career!)

The funny thing was that some years ago We lost contact for a while until last year (she moved from city for a while) ,but now we're living very close from each other so when we've time we spread some time together!

National Holidays!

Hey everyone, today I just wanted to talk to you about something that I’ve found very interesting for us with our country, I mean, about our nationality and our culture in our country.

So the first thing that comes to my mind when I hear nation, it's our chilean flag, chileans, culture and Fiestas Patrias!

I’m 99% sure that you know what Fiestas Patrias are, but if you don’t know I’ll give you an idea about what Fiestas Patrias are; It’s a typical celebration (also callesd '' National holidays) that chileans celebrate during the 18th and 19th of September, most people believes that it's our ‘’Independence day’’ but it’s NOT.

Most of chileans have a relaxing time. We usually celebrate with our Family and our Friends, we go to Fondas where We can hear and dance typical chilean music and dances (like cueca for example)

In my case, I really enjoy to celebrate Fiestas Patrias with my Family and Friends, I’ve never celebrated in Santiago, but in Chillán I usually go to the Fondas with my friends and brothers, sometimes we go to the ‘’Media luna’’ and we have a nice time there. My favourite part of it it’s the typical Chilean food! in fact, ‘’Empanadas’’ and ‘’Pastel de choclo’’ are my favourites.

Last year I've celebrated with my cousins in the countryside where we made a barbeque and We also danced a lot. This year I've celebrated the whole week with my family too but also with some friends, we bake empanadas and We also went to the countryside, We put the chilean Flag in front of our house, and played different games!

Hello Everyone!

Welcome to my Blog. My name is Constanza and I'm 19 years old. This is my first year studying architecture at the University. I like to do Sports because its fun. I like to dance and Rollerskate with my friends when I have some free time. I'm from Chillán but now I'm living close to the University with my Aunt and Cousins. In the future, I would like to travel to different places  because I want to know different cultures, learn new languages , go around different cities. That's very interesting for me! I also want to see different buildings and lot of Architecture.

In the future I want to be an Architect because I like the design of buildings, parks, cities, etc.
